As a fully trained quantity surveyor in the 1980`s working for major construction companies a recession hit the industry.
Having always had an interest in rented property and having rented myself for years I realised I could do a better job than most of my landlords at the time and I decided to become a letting agent thus fulfilling my dream in part of becoming a landlord.
A business course and government grant later at the age of 22, Homelets was formed in 1989 opening offices on Thornton Road.
At the time the lettings market had not taken off with Homelets one of the 1st agents to cover the Bradford area.
I don`t think you can beat my experience having seen and experienced everything you can think of in the Bradford property industry and knowing the best solutions to most problems. If I can`t solve a problem then I know someone who can.
Having a keen eye for detail and providing a personal professional service for clients for over 30 years has been my core belief and simply giving advice as if I were the owner of the property when required.
I`m a keen sports person to include supporting Bradford City FC and watching the England football team at various tournaments.
